In February of 2008, Nick started when he was, surprisingly, 15.  He is now 18, graduating from college and on his way to Wharton in the fall.  For five years, he worked for the Philadelphia restaurant Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, making his love for cooking not strictly home tested. We are excited to have Nick as out guest today! What is the one thing you’d like to speed up in your life?

The time it takes waiting for a fresh baked cheesecake to cool in the fridge. And the time it takes for me to finish my workout. And the time it takes to learn computer coding. And the time it takes for me to improve my golf swing. Should I stop now?

What most irritates you when you have to wait?

Slow drivers. I’m a speed demon.

What are your top three websites you can’t live without?

a. Serious Eats
b. DealBook
c. Pandora. You guys gotta listen to the “Today’s Comedy” station. Laughs on Laughs on Laughs.

What happened this past week, you’re are most thankful for?

I found out that I’ll be cooking a dinner party for my boss and his wife and 3 other couples.
