Great idea! It’s nice to know that I don’t have to write to some random email to get good answers to my questions.

I can’t stand writing to random emails. I never know who I’m writing to and then some person seems to respond that has no clue about the company they’re working for. This happened to me when I contacted a diamond ring retailer online to buy my wife an engagement ring! Can you believe it? A DIAMOND engagement ring and they couldn’t answer my questions!

  2. Matt Bright says:

I’m glad i can finally just comment somewhere with questions. It’s ridiculous when you have to call customer service and stay on hold for an hour. I called to replace my cell phone one time and as soon as I got put on hold i put the phone down and showered. When I came back I was still on hold! How horrible is that?! How do these companies stay in business?

  3. Tess says:

OMG, The same thing happened to me once! I was on hold with a credit card company, and I literally put the phone down for about 20 minutes to clean the house, came back…and was still on hold! It was kind of funny, yet sad.

  4. Adam says:

Many companies put come of their customer service on Twitter as a PR move, but don’t really pay any attention to it. I must say that after clicking through to their Twitter pages, SPEEDbit really seems to stand out by figuring out exactly which users they can help and then helping them in a timely manner. I love when companies just “get” social media.

  5. Elida says:

What a joy to find someone else who thinks this way.

  6. Loree says:

There’s nothing like the relief of finding what you’re looking for.
